Ian Henderson - CEO and Founder

Ian has over 30 years experience within the enterprise resource planning systems industry. Originally a graduate engineer from Rolls Royce aerospace, Ian moved into business consultancy whilst working for Computer Science Corporation (CSC) in South Africa for 3 years in the mid seventies. In the UK, he joined Hoskyns, now part of CAP Gemini, and was responsible for initiating, setting up and advising on projects for some of their largest clients. From 1990, he specialized in Executive Information Systems and Corporate Modelling, and advised director’s of large corporations. In 1994, he joined the new consultancy Axon, who set out to be and became the leading global consultancy for SAP implementations. As one of six original share holders and director of Axon, when the organization obtained a full listing on the London Stock Exchange in early 1999, Ian exited to invest in Agenda Twenty One Ltd, a business transformation and R&D (Flitepath®) consultancy, and eTalentWorks plc (global e-business consultancy listed on OFEX).
Flitepath has evolved as a research project over a number of years and is scheduled for a full SaaS service market launch in late 2009.

Lord Renwick - Associate Director

Highly experienced former member of the House of Lords, having served on various Select and other committees relating to parliamentary activities, with wide City background and experience with industry, especially at the high technology end.
He has close contacts with a large number of people and companies/organisations in both the Public and Private Sectors, advising on the use of technology to effect business transformation and change.
From 1996 to 2002 he was retained by SAP as advisor and consultant.
Today, he is President of EURIM (European Information Society Group) of this active lobby group, comprising representatives from industry, MPs, MEPs and Peers. He was the original founding Chairman from formation until 1999.
For PITCOM (Parliamentary Information Technology Committee) he is currently Administration Executive, previously Chairman of the Programme Committee, and Honorary Secretary. Since 1982, for Parliamentary Space Committee, he is also Honorary Member, previously Honorary Secretary.
In addition, he was Chairman of the Real Time Club and Honorary President of the IT Directors Network.

Alan Boxer - Associate Director

Alan Boxer has 35 years’ experience as MD, CEO, or Chairman in a variety of businesses in FMCG and ICT. He was at various times Managing Director International of EMI Music,
Vice President of McDonnell Douglas Information Systems, a Director of Alliance for Electronic Business (seen by Government at the time as industry’s representative for e business), and a Europe Adviser to Trade Partners UK (under the auspices of the DTI and the FCO).
He was awarded the OBE for services to British commercial interests. In latter years, he has worked with early stage ICT businesses, helping them to get established and funded.
He is Chairman of Screen Learning Ltd, partner in Analogica Consulting Ltd, and a Director of Vivacast Ltd, an innovative start-up in the Internet Protocol TV arena.
