Manages dynamic commitments

The system and its implementation approach reflect the highly dynamic set of commitments that exist between all stakeholders – for example, between staff, customers, suppliers, outsource partners and external regulators.

As commitments, represented as demands and promises-to-deliver, flex to accommodate changing circumstances, all the connected stakeholders – and their associated roles and users – are immediately informed of any deviations from their expected path via their own ‘dashboard of commitments’.

Commitments specified by users are defined as ranges representing great, good and poor values - these can be collected from underlying systems. The extent of these ranges reflecting demand requirements and promises underpin the development of trust and communications between stakeholder and 'customer' expected deliverables.

Graphical representation of strategy understood by all

The Flitepath implementation starts by graphically representing the business or programme strategy. These representations can immediately be shared between specified users who can access Flitepath from any internet browser.   

Virtual Chart Views - to fit every situation

Each set of stakeholders can have their own ‘Virtual Chart View’ configured to represent their perspective of the business goals. These goals networks are held in the Flitepath database for the whole enterprise and can be accessed and view by authorized users via any number of different Charts created to provide them with the insight they require.

Works the way management works

As a light-weight framework, it emulates the way management works and collects data from underlying systems only where this is deemed essential for the effective workings of the company management.

Requires no software installation, but with high security

The software is delivered to users as a software as a service (SaaS) and can be run via any computer internet browser. It is available as a public service and can also be implemented on the customers own computer when security levels dictate.
